Whether it is its peak components or its unique design, our very first power block overflows innovations. Its Lighting will have Sync RGB and its OLED interface are fully customizable and configurable to help you design the setup of your dreams for the game. In addition, it integrates quality capacitors, a 135 mm fan with curved blades as well as A large format radiator to enable it to reach the level of performance corresponding to the Lambda A + and 80 more certifications^® Platinum. OLED Display

The ROG Thor 850W Platinum is the first PC power supply with an OLED interface to display in real time its energy consumption. In one look it is now possible to see the energy consumed by the PC used.

Curved blades fan

We have equipped the ROG Thor 850W Platinum with a 135 mm certified fan that extends the life of its components. IP5X certified anti-dust technology avoids the blades are fouled and slower while the 0DB technology uses thermal sensors to completely disable the low voltage fan and operate the SETUP in absolute silence.

ROG radiator

ROG radiators have twice as many volume as conventional designs, which produces lower temperatures lower inside ROG Thor 850W Platinum. This efficient cooling extends the life of the components and allows ROG THOR to operate at 0dB longer than with classic designs. The radiators are so effective that the noise of the fans does not exceed 20 dB: this performance allowed the ROG THOR to obtain the brand new Lambda A + certification!

Certification 80 Plus® Platinum

The ROG Thor 850W Platinum incorporates Japanese capacitors who guarantee optimal operation. It has obtained the 80 more platinum certification that guarantees an energy efficiency of 89% in charge 100% and 92% in charge 50%. Thanks to this better energy efficiency, the emitted heat and the noise of the fans are reduced while the reliability of the components is increased.

GAINED CABLES

We know that you will want to mount your PC upon receipt of ROG THOR, which is why we have included quality sheath cables as well as various standard cables. The sheathed cables include a 24-pin cable, four 6 + 2-pin PCIe cables and two 8-pin cables. We also include an RGB connector on the addressable RGB port on ASUS Motherboards.
For a more daring look, we have a partnership with CableMod that offers 20% discount on its cables whose color and length are customizable!

ROG THOR is supplied with two types of PCIe cables: an individually gainled cable set for exposure systems, and capacitor cables to powerfully power overclocked graphics cards through an electrical noise reduction (ripple).
