Shipping Policy

1. Retraction

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the Seller for Exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of return costs. Our policy is 30 days. See the return policy for more information about this.

2. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographic area.

There are certain categories of items that we send only in France or in the countries of the Benelux, either because of specific details to the country in the product, or because of the dimensions or the fragility of the items that make them unfit for the export. The categories of articles concerned by this include monitors, printers, computer boxes, laptops and PCs with a keyboard provision in French, keyboards with a French arrangement, play or office furniture , and the feeding blocks (for the United Kingdom).

Orders are made by:-

- La Poste via Colissimo, home delivery service with follow -up, discount without signature for goods with a value lower than € 75, or with signature for all goods above this value. This option is offered for any order above 3 kg, or value from € 200, for all deliveries in Metropolitan France.

- in removal point via Colissimo. This option is offered in Metropolitan France for all our items, find your nearest point here

- in express via chronopost depending on the preparation time, this option is offered for any order above 10 kg, or worth a value from € 500

Or by another logistics company designated by ESP-Tech, or by the buyer at the time of his order. Delivery times are only given as an indication; We aim to send all orders within 48h-72h on Monday-Vendredi, if there is a stock shortage encountered at the time of the ESP-Tech order reserves the right to extend these deadlines with a notice to the Customer, or to complete the order Using a partner who holds the item in stock, if they exceed fourteen days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

The ESP-Tech company may provide the buyer by e-mail the follow-up number of his package. The buyer is delivered to his home by his factor, or has a relay point if this was preferably indicated. In the absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passing from his factor, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. The risks linked to transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment when the items leave the premises of ESP-TECH. The buyer is required to check in the presence of the post office or the delivery man, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its content on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

3. Guarantee

All the products provided by ESP-TECH benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance with a product sold, it can be returned to ESP-Tech which will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All complaints, exchange or refund requests must be made by post to the following address: ESP-Tech, 38 rue du 15 August 1944, 83240 Cavalaire sur Mer, within fourteen days after delivery.
