Returns and reimbursements

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perisable goods such as magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or gas or flammable liquids.
Other articles that cannot be returned:

* Downloadable software
To make a return, you must present us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain articles, such as laptops, monitors, processors, SSD discs, can be returned directly to the manufacturer under warranty. Please contact us for information and return procedures relating to your article.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, software, or video games that have been opened.
* Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing documents for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any article which has returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the turned item was identified as a gift when purchasing and if you were sent to you directly, you will receive a gift of a value equal to that of your return. Once we have received the returned article, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

Shipping
